Flay-Trade Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Flay-Trade ("we", "our", "us") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit or use our website, mobile applications, and other services (collectively, the "Services").   • Cryptocurrency wallet addresses you deposit from or withdraw to, transaction IDs, deposit and withdrawal amounts, timestamps and confirmations.
  • Payment processor details (if you use third-party payment services) and any metadata required to complete transactions.

3.3 Identity Verification / KYC Documents

  • Government-issued ID, proof of address, selfie photos, and other documents required to comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know-Your-Customer (KYC) rules.

3.4 Technical & Usage Data

  • IP address, device identifiers, operating system, browser type, time zone, language, referring pages, pages visited, and clickstream data.
  • Logs and diagnostic data for fraud detection and troubleshooting.

3.5 Communications

  • Records of communications between you and Flay-Trade (support tickets, emails, chat logs) and transactional messages (receipts, confirmations).

3.6 Cookies, Analytics & Third-party Data

  • Cookies, device fingerprinting, analytics data (Google Analytics or equivalent), and information from social logins or third-party services when you choose to connect them.

3.7 Public Blockchain Data

  • When you transact on blockchains, related data (wallet address, transaction hashes) is public and immutable; we may record and store this public information as part of transaction records.

4. How We Collect Data

We collect information:

  • Directly from you when you register, verify your account, transact, or communicate with support.
  • Automatically when you use the Services (logs, cookies, analytics).
  • From third parties such as payment processors, identity verification providers, and public sources.

Our systems and third-party providers may store and process data in jurisdictions outside your country, including the United States and other countries. When we transfer personal data across borders we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses, vendor contracts, or legally required measures).

  • Withdraw Consent: Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

14. California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights, including:

  • Right to Delete: Request deletion of personal information (with exceptions).
  • Right to Opt-Out: Opt out of sale of personal information. (We do not sell personal information in the traditional sense; if this changes we will provide a clear opt-out mechanism.)
  • Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising CCPA rights.

15. Children

Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 18 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us.

16. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. When we make material changes we will provide prominent notice (for example via email or on our site) and update the "Effective date" at the top of the policy.

Additional Notes

Blockchain note: Cryptocurrency transactions recorded on public blockchains are immutable and publicly viewable. Flay-Trade cannot remove, alter, or make private blockchain transaction data (wallet addresses, txids) once broadcast.

Third-party services: Our Services may contain links to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.
